"Location was beautiful but when i requested for a room with a view the receptionist said its all the same view and i ended up viewing the parkin lot and a some scenery. When booked the The description said 'access to near by indoor pool' but the hotel responded no pool access Would like to get a clarity on it "

"Room service works till 10 pm :( There was no hair dryer in the room, the balcony floor was dirty. But the view from the window was fantastic."
