"Beautiful rooms with comfortable beds. I'd stay here again if I ever find myself in Darjeeling. I lived it. The food was really good. You are able to walk a short distance to the train station. There is shopping and street food options around the area. I liked the location a lot. Excellent service as well! "

However there is a disconnect on the online booking regarding already paid breakfast option which doesn’t reflect on the hotel account which can be an irritant. Also the food could be improved upon. Otherwise excluding online booking confusion and a little improvement in the food this place deserves a 5 star. "

Space in the room where the safe deposit box is situated needs attention. The door of this space does not shut and therefore, light does not switch off, not good especially when one tries to sleep at night. 4. "In this high dry & hot weather, I was allotted a room without AC at the top 4th floor, where the ceiling fan was blowing hot air through out the night. Horrible sleep less night experience for ever."
