"We had an excellent stay - property is fantastic . Staff are very eager to help . The property is very close to the local train station - around 5 mins walk . Although the property is on the main road, the rooms are very quiet - especially ones facing away from the road. Overall we enjoyed the stay and will definitely recommend this hotel. "

"Wonderful hotel, spacious premium rooms, great buffet breakfast. Our only issue was the function below our room with a very loud band that reverberated throughout the entire hotel until around 10pm. The management, however, accommodated us the best they could, and i would easily return to stay again. "

Gave some suggestions and feed back to the general manager who was very appreciative of the constructive feed back. Passion of the staff to serve customers is unparalleled and trickles down from the leadership of Debarya, who seems to talk about the resort like it's his baby. "The hotel staff is friendly, the hotel amenities are very efficient and effective, and the view of the mountains from the top two floors - is just fantastic. Had a bit of a medical emergency, and the hotel had no immediate response. They did not know how to call a doctor, but they did provide a car to take me to the hospital next-door but did not offer the car service to come back."
