"Lovely boutique hotel with updated amenities. Rooms are small but adequate. 10 minute walk to tram station. No dining options nearby. Breakfast area small with good choices. Big umbrellas provided for guests, which we appreciated in the rain."

"Everything was neat and organized and it was nice to have a mini refrigertor in the room. Mia and the staff were fantastic and helpful with several issues. Room was a little tight for an extended stay. Very little room on sude of Queen Bed. The "Queen" bed was two beds put together but it worked with one fitted sheet tieing the beds together. Suggestions... Directions on heating use - also note somwhere that AC turned off for "winter" Lastly...more counter space in the bathroom"

"This hotel is located in an ideal location. It is just across the main train station and, unlike many areas around train stations of major cities, the surroundings are safe, walkable and clean. It is also close to the old town, Lake Luzern, and other tourist attractions. The hotel itself is very clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again if I come to Luzern."

"Dated hotel and rooms need TLC, but great value for price and location. Check in is at a nearby hotel, but very friendly staff. Very close to Lucerne Station. Only concern is there are bars down below and people hung out on the street and got so loud until 2AM on the weekdays and 4AM on a Saturday we were there, hence there was earplugs provided in the room."

"I stayed in a single bed room, which was tiny and looked like a cruise ship room or a train compartment with a tiny bath. I was not a fan of the room, but the room was clean and was centrally located, walkable to Old Town and close to the main Zurich HB station which made it easy to go to the airport and other towns easily. Staff was very welcoming and kind. Overall a nice experience. "

"Hotel was fine. Front desk clerk was very friendly. Room was also fine - comfortable bed and clean. Good location in the old town and easy walk to the train station. The “problem” with the hotel is it was quite hot (thermostat seems to have been for decoration only) and nothing soft to absorb sound, so if someone came in late you heard them. "
