Good breakfast, clean rooms but overheated, only with windows open the temperature inside decrease enough. The hotel parking is automated with LPR, but you need to check in first. Will be nice if would possible to send car number in advance to save one ticket paper and some time to enroll it ..."

"First off, Expedia needs to take off the "All inclusive" from the description..IT IS NOT! There is not even free coffee lol The restaurant at the lobby has a "For Rent" sign. Check-in time is 3pm according to the front desk ladies and the sign they have posted there, where it is advertised as 2pm on Expedia. "A unique place in Bulgaria. It is remote, but still close to the city, surrounded by forest and 5 min walk from the sea. The architecture is great as they combined the nature and the modern. "We went for a weekend trip and the hotel gets a D- from us. People working at the hotel were very nice but the the condition of the hotel was disappointing. Bathroom was quite dirty and the one of the sheets had dried blood stains. We don't think the room was serviced at all. There's no food at the hotel and the front desk opens at 8:30 although the listing says there's a restaurant and 24 hour front desk. "
