Good breakfast, clean rooms but overheated, only with windows open the temperature inside decrease enough. The hotel parking is automated with LPR, but you need to check in first. "Terrible!!! Rated 4stars?? No way!!! What a scam!!! Rooms were not fit for human occupancy. Dirty, old, stinky, stained mattresses and pillows. Pile of garbage bags on the sidewalks not collected for days. The water park is in need of serious updates. It is old and dangerous. People were injured every day - from bumps and bruises to broken bones, and none of the lifeguards seemed to care. On the positive side, food was not bad, and the Black Sea was beautiful."

"First off, Expedia needs to take off the "All inclusive" from the description..IT IS NOT! There is not even free coffee lol The restaurant at the lobby has a "For Rent" sign. Check-in time is 3pm according to the front desk ladies and the sign they have posted there, where it is advertised as 2pm on Expedia.
