"This hotel is super good and nice, the staffs are super nice and the equipment are clean and organized. The location is great as it is only a 5 min walk to the hakata station and other subway station, also close to the canal city mall and the location is surrounded by restaurants. We traveled as a family with a small children of 2 years old, hotel was able to arrange a step stool for him during the stay in addition to the kid amenities. There was an accident happened during our stay, the staff...

"I like the location. It is not in the middle of everything but in between Nakatsu and Tenji. The hotel is a little dated. The hallway is a little dimmed with reddish brown carpet. A little creepy to me. Room is much brighter. Annoying that there are hairs on the bathroom floor. The breakfast is almost the same every morning with 4 hot items repeat every other day. The staff at breakfast are great. Hotel staff are great also."

"Everything was convenient close to JR station. Food and shopping close by. Staff was really nice. They tried to help situate things for a Handicap person. The unit I had was not handicap accessible. But it was a nice place to stay. "

"Stayed for 6 nights. Room was slightly larger than average, able to fit 2 medium sized luggage. Window is able to open to allow fresh air, and air-conditioning was powerful due to it's a personal unit (not centralised). Plus was in room washer & dryer unit and microwave. Downside is: - Beside train track - South side of JR Hakata Stn., quiet neighbourhood with nothing much around hotel. Highly recommended. Will be back again. "
