"Just old and barely maintained building "

"Hotel was at very good location just walk away the beach, only the problem room doesn't have a refrigerator. Why do I have to walk the pub to grab some cold drinks? I stay 3 night only 2 bottle water they give it to me, if you go bar and ask cold drinks they bring it hot same like a tea and coffee offering some ice in a Cup, terrible not even 2 star, hotel just for Russian maybe they will like it not sure but foe American sorry 0 star"

"The worst hotel I ever stayed at. Garbage piled up instead of beach bar. Dirty dishes with food leftovers in piles, left in the restaurant from day before. Food disgusting, breakfast was left-overs from dinner day before. Staff smoking in kitchen. Broken furniture. Broken plates and paper cups. All inclusive bar a joke, with warm bear served from pet bottles. Towels with stains of blood presented as clean towels. Very poor room cleaning. Unfriendly staff. Broken lights in the corridor....

"Hotel was overbooked. We had to stay at a hotel next door but come to Parador for our food. The bar staff were very friendly but the food selection was not good."

"We couldn't do check in, we called by phone that we are coming. We been asked don't come because there is no any reservation on your name. Unfortunately we did wait until 10 pm. After we have been sent different wasa block. Following day I asked why you didn't let us check in. He was looking me and saying nothing no even apology. "Great staff and entertainment"

"Very dark bedrooms. Furnishings in rooms could be better. Cleanliness was average in rooms but was better in communal areas. More effort should be made to improve the bedrooms in the hotel. Noisy at night due to bar next door as well as other residents. Breakfast was average. Staff in restaurant were friendly. Disappointed when checking in the receptionist said that the booking couldn’t be found and wanted to charge €90."

"When we checked in, we was given no information. The receptionist told us to “go look” at the information board with no explanation. There was bugs in our all inclusive food, it really disgust me and my friend. The staffs were rude, the bar staff was very rude. He would tell me to wait 5-10 minutes so he can go on a cigarette break. It is very understaffed so they all look like they don’t have skills in customer service at all.
