"Property is very beautiful. I booked an ocean view room but as they did not have one they upgraded me to a beautiful suite. Of course i paid extra but they gave me a good discount. Breakfast was very good. Pool,spa, turkish bath were awesome. The only concern is the property located on a steep hill and if you dont have a car or cant walk on slope, then it will be a challenge. But around the property you can find shopping center and resturants. I would like to thank "Cagdas" the helpfull kind...

"The all inclusive food is not up to the standards of All Inclusive Hotels in Mexico and Western European Countries. Same for this restaurants at the hotel. Limited drink selections. This is all somewhat to be expected because the cost is lower than All Inclusive Hotels in Mexico and Western Europe. We stayed in mid October and the weather was hot and Humid."

"The hotel too old. Doesn’t feel like a five stars hotel. Lake on the details. Rooms clean big but old. Food is below average. The room doesn’t have coffee, tea and hot water kettle."

"Food was ok, not impressive, drinks are bad, you have to take taxi every time when going to town. Long lines at the restaurant, limited quantity of coffee cups, knifes and forks. "

"Very poor selection of food, we ended up eating most meals outside the hotel. Free wifi does not work so you have to pay extra for "premium wifi". Once we complained about low quality of food management told us to leave ! I highly recommend not staying at this property. "
