"4 * L'hotel est magnifique mais l'espace aménagé sur la plage est beaucoup trop compacté et manque de chaises. Clairement pas comme sur la photo de l’hôtel. Le service au restaurant est très lent et désorganisé par contre le personnel est vraiment gentil et attentionné malgré tout. "

The side of the bath was very high and if you have mobility issues this will be a problem. The shower head above the bath was low for someone over 5 feet 8 inches. "

"We were first assigned to a villa that had faulty air con, faulty water heater, and leaking pipes. The hotel recovered by transferring us to another villa where some phones weren’t working and the pool lights were malfunctioning, which they sent some staff to fix. Nonetheless, it was a relatively good stay where we didn’t have to worry much and the night market was just a street away. We appreciate the shuttle service to/fro the airport and the buggy service around the area. We would consider...

"Lovely quaint hotel in the quiet north part of the island. I stayed in the pool villa which was very nice. Pool and staff were excellent. My only complaint is that the breakfast needs more options and the coffee needs improvement. It was really bad which is sad as Vietnamese coffee is generally excellent. "
