"Best stay of our trip. The resort is the best on the island as it is nice with a big white sandy Beach but also closest to the good snorkeling. The food of the restaurant was fantastic and we felt safe leaving money and Kindles and phones in our room and on the beach in the bungalows. There is not a lot of people on the island and it was really relaxing! Highly recommend it! I think the only drawback that I can think of is maybe not allowing motorbikes on the resort until 8:30 or 9:00 a.m....

"The Reef resort was lovely as were the staff who were extremely friendly and attentive. They pride themselves on their scuba diving and beautiful reef which can be accessed using the paddle boards or kayaks which are free to use. This island is very small and underdeveloped which was our main reason for visiting, and while the Reef resort was amazing an adult only option would have been a better choice for us. If you are a family travelling with children you will not be disappointed "

"Worst hotel experience we've honestly ever had. Our air con broke one night into our stay so the room was a sweat box. We had a total of 6 people come in to our room to confirm it was broken, they said they could offer another room to so we packed up our stuff ready to move then they retracted the offer saying they had no room availability. It was only when I asked for a refund for the rest of our stay that they then miraculously found a spare room for us to spend 1 night in and called out...

"This was a serene stay with fabulous views and a tranquil setting. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Our villa was clean with everything we needed plus lovely dressing robes and sliders for the pool. We most definitely would return back here, the beach, shops and restaurants were a handy walk away. "

"We loved the accommodation, the staff were all really friendly, and helpful. The pool was even better than the pictures, the bungalows were spacious and clean. Bed a little hard, but as normal in Thialand. The accommodation was really well situated, with 2 min walk to the beach and plenty of cool places to eat. The grounds were tidy, lots of butterflys. And the cold drinks were lovely by the pool. We were really pleased with our choice. "

"This is an older property, that was a peaceful and enjoyable place to stay. The staff were professional, attentive, and friendly. I really liked being up in a higher hillside setting, for the views. The top deck pool was a great place to hang out, and scan the horizon. There are plenty of additional restaurants along the beach. The property is on a hillside, which means climbing a lot of stairs. This was fine for me, as I am in good shape. "

"We stayed 6 days in 1 of the newer beachfront units. Great view of the beach/ocean. King bed, large bathroom, A/C and a small fridge. Simple but great! No safe, but if you leave your room locked you dont need one. Cleaning staff will leave toilet paper, 2 bottles of water daily on the deck table outside. Towels too if you request them. "We came to ko lanta in low season and the island seemed quieter than we expected. It gave us a chance to really relax around the beautiful resort based right on Klong nin beach. I’ve been impressed with the amount of staff busily doing their jobs. As an early riser, I’ve seen them sweep the walkways, scoop the leaves out of the pools and sweep the beach daily.
