"We had a lovely stay at The Albany Hotel where we stayed while we visited St. Andrew’s University with my daughter. It was super convenient with feee parking right in front of the hotel. The room was very charming and the breakfast was excellent. I would definitely return. "

"Our room was clean and comfortable with a lovely ensuite bathroom. Location is brilliant - about a 20 metre walk and you’re on the Old Course!! Parking was easy and free nearby. Be aware that, quite typically of St Andrew’s, there is no lift so make sure you’re up to climbing stairs and also getting your luggage up and down yourself! Staff were friendly, breakfast was excellent. Definitely recommend!!"

"Call out to the waiting staff, all very good. Special mention must go to the barman in the public bar, he was brilliant, on the ball all the time, despite being extremely busy . The breakfast waitress was also excellent. No complaints."

"The place was lovely and generally the stay was great, only small downsides were the bed was a wee bit too hard for me and I woke up a bit sore and the WiFi didn’t work in our room but other than that it was a beautiful setting, clean room and would recommend anyone who has a wedding in St Andrews to stay here super close to drive to."
