"My wife and I stayed in the hotel during the St Patrick's day celebrations and the town was filled with local families and numerous visitors from around the world. The hotel was very busy and we used the restaurant and bar and it was good to see so many people and families having a good time. The food was lovely and they served a great pint of Guinness. I was very impressed with all the staff we came into contact with. Very friendly, very professional and we'll certainly be back again. "

"Very gorgeous building and garden. Wonderful, friendly staff. The gardener and kitchen staff were especially kind. Despite its busy street location, our room was so quiet. Breakfast is EXCELLENT. It is served until 9:45. As night owls, we would've loved if it was served for just one additional hour, but it was genuinely worth rising early for! The hotel isn't in the prettiest neighborhood, but is literally AT the bus stop, which was ultra convenient for us as we preferred not to worry about...

"We had a great one night stay at the glen quarter. The room is small but very well designed and sparkling clean. Centrally located in the heart of kinsale. Since we came off season we parked right behind the building. Two doors down from a perfect breakfast spot with delicious cappuccino. Highly recommend for a short stay. "This was a great option for us because we were in Cork to drop my daughter off at UCC. It was clean and comfortable. The staff was wonderful. Having a full kitchen made eating so much easier and cheaper. Keep in mind that this is a dorm and is not a luxury accommodation. But, I would absolutely do it again."
