"We’ve stayed here before but this time it was different in that rooms seemed to have less amenities - one bar of soap for two, very thin towels, room phone broken, to reach front desk had to use cell. Unable to order breakfast one morning as they closed orders over an hour early (there is a cold bar with a few warm offers) sounds ridiculous to mention these things but it’s not the place we’ve stayed at before. "Front desk was very helpful and polite. Went to room to find dirty towels in the shower floor. Shown to our second room, slept. Noticed in the morning that a bed skirt was used as a blanket in the bed making. Pointed it out to front desk and they immediately apologized, and offered a discount in our stay. Issue was definitely with house keeping. Planning to stay there as often as I'm in the area!"
