"Lots of noisy unsupervised kids running around the lobby. Fortunately the room was quiet. Rainy day and the ceiling had a leak and a panel in the lobby. fell down. Water poured through and staff got busy right away trying to use buckets to catch the water and clean up the mess! Rooms could use some refurbishing.
