"Ostan Loch Altan was an excellent place to rest on a looping, self-organized road trip through the hinterlands of County Donegal. The roadside inn is comfort, with spacious rooms (though the bed was on the soft side, so you felt a little like you were sinking toward the middle). "Very hospitable and offer a unique experience. Historical site that appreciates the heritage look and feel. Out in the country yet close enough to do things. Car is a must. Towns people very friendly and helpful. "
