"Unique to the property was skeleton key to open and lock your room. Was great walkability to the whole town including pubs for dinner, fresh produce stores and pharmacy, not to mention a couple of different off licenses. Would recommend The Blue Haven for dinner - the seafood chowder was the best I've ever had. The bed was pretty firm though so we both woke up sore. "We had a great one night stay at the glen quarter. The room is small but very well designed and sparkling clean. Centrally located in the heart of kinsale. Since we came off season we parked right behind the building. Two doors down from a perfect breakfast spot with delicious cappuccino. Highly recommend for a short stay. Keep in mind that parking could be a challenge during the peak season."

"This was a great option for us because we were in Cork to drop my daughter off at UCC. It was clean and comfortable. The staff was wonderful. Having a full kitchen made eating so much easier and cheaper. Keep in mind that this is a dorm and is not a luxury accommodation. But, I would absolutely do it again."

"The location was excellent and walking distance from the beautiful English market, shops and restaurants. Since it is a student accommodation I was prepared to a less confort, but our family stay was great. The place super clean and the person working at the registration desk was wonderful.
