The rooms had multiple things broken, including the refridgerator which had a puddle of water inside and the bathroom sink which literally fell apart multiple times even when they said they'd fix it. The rooms were also very dirty, there was a thick layer of dust/lint on top if the tile, stained towels, old soaps left in the shower, and mold/mildew in all the tiles. "I booked a no window room where I thought there is still balcony attach with the room. As it was pictured during my booking. It turned out there isn’t any balcony with the room so no window no balcony turn it smelly room. "
