"At the reception for complimentary drinks on the 15 we stood in line for at least 10 minutes when we wanted drinks. The bartender kept leaving the bar. When the keg had to be changed she told him he would have to pay for the other beer he chose. So much for complimentary drinks. "

"This is an older property undergoing renovations, but they were discreet and quiet. In fact, our room was freshly renovated. The desk attendant should have told us how to open the door to the room before we gave up trying after about 5 to ten frustrating minutes before making the trek to the front desk to ask for help. Also, the TV was very difficult for me to navigate. Overall, we were pleased with the hotel/room. "

"The Cons - The app sucks, period. It's not helpful in any way, specifically the digital key never worked, nor did the check out feature. It also gives very limited information on the actual hotel you are staying in. The room needed a deep clean. It looked ok on the surface, unless you looked closely. Picture glass was extremely dirty, bathroom floors, cabinets, fixtures and the fronts of the kitchen appliances were pretty gross. The Pros-- The room was quiet and comfortable and the linens...
