He is extremely proactive with communication to see to the needs of his guests and has stocked the common areas of the house with items for use or purchase. The rooms are spotless, and Louie is extremely polite and informative with suggestions on dining and sightseeing. You can tell he takes pride in his business, and he should! "

"The property was very clean and it looked like the photos. We couldn’t get the temperature to go above 62 degrees, so it was very cold the entire time there. I guess it’s better to have it too cold than too hot. The only complaint I had was communication with the person running the property. The number listed on the site isn’t right and the only way to get in touch with them is through the app message."

"This peaceful slice of heaven we found from out of town due to a doctor's appointment we scheduled early in the area. Turned out to be an amazing day. It was 70 degrees in March, went kayaking and cooked out on the provided gas grill. Between the wildlife and the stunning view, The place was spotless and we couldn't have asked for more. Come to find out the nice older couple we met next door was in from out of town as both neighbors live out of the area. So what a gem we found. Ended up calling...
