The room was too warm and no thermostat on the radiator - I had the windows open throughout. On the last day, someone entered the room around 7am, despite having locked the door. I suspect a member of hotel staff, but it felt very unsafe. "

"It was good overall for the stopover. beds were comfortable but the soft bed was small for two children. We struggled to bring the room temperature down as it was hot for us. We booked two rooms as we are a family of 7. When booking, we left a message asking for the rooms to be connected or at least on the same floor, but the hotel did not pass on the information.
