"One night stay room only which was very comfortable. Hotel is a grand old dame which is slightly tired in places but was very clean and with a warm welcome. The car park access should be better signposted when approaching from front of hotel. We did not experience the bistro nor bar."

"Fantastic hotel , will be returning soon . Very welcoming , staff are fantastic . Breakfast is very high quality for a low price . The rooms are a very good size although the lights are nice it can be quite dim at night due to being at the same side of the room rather than ceiling . You control your own room temperature which is something I have never come across which is a fantastic addition!!! "

"When we arrived we were given room 12 but upon opening the door it was filled with builders rubbish. We then waited for a while and the manger came to see us saying he only had 1 other room but it has no hot water. He said we could use the spa for free and was very helpful and kind. He said he will re fund half our money back which I’m not sure how this happens as I still havent had this. If I get my money back I would definitely come again and we did have a really nice time "

"Stayed for one night in room 20 which is a family room. The room was spacious and well equipped with tea/coffee facilities, USB charging, plenty of sockets, large bath and roomy shower. It is also well laid out for a family room with 2 separate areas. The double bed for the grown ups was good, although the sheet could have been a little bigger as it kept coming off and wouldn’t tuck back around.
