The rooms were not clean on arrival nor were they cleaned properly during our stay. When it came to the all inclusive element well don't ask for rose as they will try and papk you off with red and white mixed. Whilst we got our rose in the end this involved complaining constantly."

"First impressions ok, reception area clean and open, and booking in easy. Then the room.... Corridor lit by safety lights, like a sub under attack, swing doors to navigate, then a small double room, twin beds. Seaview as promised but obscured by large hotel in front. Beds hard, towels old, wet room with no drain, (what?) Breakfast was ok, but not exciting. Pool was ok, not enough sunbeds, and too much shade, leaving you chasing the sun. VERY annoying pool bar staff, constantly shouting 'Yes...

"After 16 years of living in a bungalow it was a shock to find a steep narrow staircase in the apartment leading to the bedroom and bathroom. Severe lack of storage for clothes, just one wardrobe with only 7 hangers and one drawer. Downstairs air conditioner stopped working after first week, turns out it was turned off as a matter of policy. Toilet in bathroom badly stained due to poor maintenance. Telephone in apartment didn't work (wanted to call reception) I will not be using this property...
