"Horrible experience. Did not feel safe at this place. The shower didn’t work, and I had to call the reception twice and waited for 40 minutes before a really aggressive man let himself in (without me opening the door for him) and trod around in the room with his outdoor shoes on. He was so unfriendly that I honestly thought he’s gonna attack me. After fixing the shower and getting out my room, he prevented me from closing the door, asking me why I didn’t say thank you.
