"There was a lineup (45-ish minutes) for check in; however, everything following check in was amazing. Condo was clean and had more than enough space for 4 adults. Staff were friendly and attentive to any needs. We stopped by the front desk numerous times to pick up more coffee, coffee filters, laundry detergent, toilet paper, dishwasher soap, and kitchen garbage bags. "We enjoy staying here. Ample space for family of 5, clean, and prompt response via text to housekeeping needs. The reason we did not rate our stay as 5 star is die to our pool experience. They ran out of pool towels and asked us to return later and even then they inly had 3 pool towels. I wish they had pool towel service like Kings Land. It is inconvenient and made our experience less enjoyable. "

"The villas property itself was good, nice walking distance to the shops and Marriott where we went for a luau. The pool was on the smaller side but kids loved it. We stayed in one of the older units so it was dated which didn't bother me. The beds and pillows were extremely uncomfortable though. The utensils and items in the kitchen were very minimal. "This place is 15-20 minutes up the hill from any beach. Do not let that stop you from staying here. Worth the drive. The condo is on hole 3 of the golf course. Great views. The pool is 100ft away. Everything is clean and well stocked. The communication with the management company was exceptional. Check in and out was easy."

You need to tip the valet, wait for your car, walk through the lobby, etc etc The hotel/resort tries to make it hard to leave but that is what you want to do. "This is an excellent property, perfect location central to anything, a lot of nearby amenities, gated and safe, exceptional sunset views, and had everything our family needed. We ranged from Nana at 77 to Hayden at age 4 and with 2 master suites, each with their own lanai, and an upstairs loft with 2 twin beds for the girls aged 4 and 6, it was perfect.
