"There were lots of insect in the bathroom. Sheets were stained and window ledges covered with bird poop. Check in needs a RM 100 cash deposit and have to retain the receipt to claim the money back. Did not know this in advance since nobody said anything. No convenience store close by. Closest restaurants are in Kampung Cina which is about 10 mins walk."

"Centrally located,easy to find not far from bus station and Chinatown. Lots of choice for food closeby. One chinese restaurant serves beer on same street if that is important consideration. Helpful staff at reception, lady owner or manager very kind and helpful. Room was compact, bed comfortable, shower good. Wifi good. Limited tv channels. "

"No pool towels, no microwave, no stove, no toilet roll for one bathroom Gym was locked kids play room locked One key for the whole 3 room apartment- so if one member needs to swim the others in the room have no TC a/c or electricity"

"Not a good condition room for me. The bed was noisy maybe its a long time they use for their customer. The service also bad because they gave us wrong room. Spoil my mood in the first day i came. "
