A new manager has just arrived who we believe will look to address these issues. Took feedback on board and keen to remedy. In a good location though. The Japanese restaurant on the penultimate floor is very good quality (albeit is independent to the hotel so take payment card)."

Lovely patio area overlooking the library. 5. Wonderful service from reception. Negatives- breakfast I was so surprised how poor the breakfast was and this is something that could be remedied easily.
