Delayed escaping after dark from the airport precinct to Highway 1, northern was a nightmare (entirely Sixt car rentals fault, not SA) was not a good start. Negotiating stairs to our room not the greatest, and bathroom/toilet pretty tight / skinny, but everything worked well. Remember to keep the B/R door shut at night, as the constant activity from the across - the road rail crossing gates is unreal. But overall, good value and thanks...

Room is a bit stuffy on initial night - not resolved with air con but managed with open windows (no fly screen - this might be an issue in hotter weather). Appreciated the hotel's commitment to recycling, e.g. bottles. Good amenities - fridge had some issues, including the freezer section leaking water, but managed to keep refridgerated food cold; TV and air con worked without issues; cutlery in room very useful for travellers. The hotel is styled really well, the reception staff are gracious and accommodating, and the hotel is one of the very few in the area that offers free parking. The hotel restaurant is excellent.
