All reception people seems like not knowing about there are VIP benefits. Finally we got upgraded room, then we found dirty tissue inside toilet. But all other things were perfect. "Very close to the train station. Clean towels and trash pick up daily, place items to be replaced outside of the door by 10:00 am. Room cleaned thoroughly about once a week - do not have access to the room during this time. Safe, quiet, clean neighborhood. Complimentary, very delicious Japanese breakfast. Washers and dryers available - best to do laundry in the morning. Knowing a few words of Japanese or having someone translate is helpful. Very comfortable room - small, like a cruise ship...
