"Originally we were checked into a smaller 3rd story room when we believed we were supposed to have a different ground floor. We advised them at check in, and though we would have still had a great vacation in this room, the management quickly remedied the situation and made our stay so much more pleasant. "When booking through hotels.com I figured we would have hotel amenities… toiletries, towels, maid service - not the case. The unit is as pictured and the view is great but know what you are getting. No maid service, for three of us for a week we were provided four towels and no beach towels. When we tried to get pool/beach towels like normal resort guests we found out our prop management company didn’t participate in the program and to call them each time we needed towels… we called and after...

"The property was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cooking utensils. I do think the condo needs a little upgrade to bring it into 2021.
