"The rooms are beautiful and the staff is wonderful. They contacted us by what's app before check in which was so useful! We communicated again by what's app when they were arranging a transport for us. The food was delicious and fresh. If you're going to climb santa Ana , it's the perfect base. Jist a 2 minute walk to the entrance and great vendors located there also. I cannot recommend it enough! The only 2 negatives were that the shower water was only Luke.warm and we smelt a sewage smell whenever we closed the bathroom window "

"This was a beautiful place in the mountains. The property was clean and had hot showers. It was great for kids because of the petting zoo on property. We had tours lined up, but I could have spent the day on property enjoying nature and ready a book. This is not a 5-star US hotel. This is a quaint, well-kept El Salvadoran experience. If you are looking for a Marriott, this is not it. But, if you are looking for a tranquil stay with great hosts and amazing grounds - you have found your place. "

"We loved our stay here! The hotel and grounds areas are so peaceful and relaxing. We especially loved the restaurant area; I would have sat iout there all day with a book if we'd have had more time. The staff arranged for a guide, Julio Cesar, for the 7 Waterfalls Hike. He was so knowledgeable and fun and patient. He even took us to see his coffee and cacao farm before we left. I think we got the best guide! Mariana, from the hotel, came with us and took pictures and translated, an added bonus. I was so impressed by her personableness and attention to the little details of our stay. I would not hesitate to stay here again. "
