"This was an excellent property and close to the place where I needed to work. At first I was skeptical about the security of the street side door to the sidewalk but nothing happened. Blackout curtains would be an option. And adding a rug or two would make it more comfortable. Otherwise it is beautifully designed and comfortable. "

"A beautiful B&B right on the water, a little pricey, but breakfast is included and parking is free. The room we stayed in was spacious and well equipped. The empty refrigerator on the floor was a bit random, since drinks are provided downstairs free of charge."

"Property was great. Plenty of room. Property as described. Beds were super comfortable with lots of pillows. Lots of towels and washcloths were available. The location was perfect for tailgating at CCU. Only suggestions I would have is some basic seasoning in the kitchen such as salt and pepper. Maybe add a guest book with nearby attractions such as favorite restaurants or menus and check out instructions. Although check out was very simple and host was quick to respond with answers. "Our first experience staying at a traditional inn with an innkeeper. It was such a unique and wonderful experience. The room was really beautiful. We usually stay at regular hotels so this was a real treat. Breakfast was one of the best we have ever had with freshly prepared gourmet dishes by great staff. I will say on the evenings, there were a group of people congregated in the dining room playing loud videos on their laptop. I wasn't quite clear if they were guests or not but it really was a bit out of place with the property. We were sitting in the lounge attempting to enjoy the surroundings and having a quiet drink in the evening and this situation made it impossible to completely relax. Small blip in an otherwise perfect stay. "
