"Our stay here was great. Located right behind the flower fields was convenient as my mom was very tired after our visit to the flower fields. The lobby is shared with another resort so just make sure you are checking to the correct resort located on the left. They have a little shop on the right side of the lobby. "Thanks for Hosting us! The stay was very nice as my family had a good time for the weekend in San Diego. The Hotel stay, although it fit our family of 5 comfortably, wasnt as cleanly as we could have wanted. There were stray hairs throughout, the sink was clogged (but was rectified once we mentioned to the front office),the body wash was empty, and the room was very humid feeling. There is also a $100 refundable fee that they didnt mention when we first came in to pay for our booking. But aside...

"This was a good hotel in Rancho Bernardo, in a good quiet location. Property was clean. Staff friendly. Basic services. Four o’clock check-in is a bit late, with 12 o’clock check out. A day’s reservation should be 24 hours. Not sure how US hotel industry is allowed to do this to its consumers. Aside from late check in time, nice hotel."
