"The staff had zero inviting mode. No smile, no sign of happiness. The whole place felt like a routine operation, didn't feel any warmth. Pool was not usable. No other places nearby, so you are bound to have their pricey meal option. And that too, needs to be reserved and time bound. At night the whole place lit up with many LEDs though, kids of other guests ran around. Amenities were just OK. The rooms were clean, but many things are old and worn out in the room. Honestly, it felt like...

The hotel was clean and well maintained, good size room with private hot water bath (not hot spring), there was also public and family spring bath and it is not crowded. It was an awesome stay. The night shift staff has a bit of difficulty to use English, but they always give help as far as possible. "
