"Very close to supermarket and a 10 minute walk to all the restaurants in Chora. Staff friendly and helpful. Room was excellent. Pool area and gardens including table tennis table and tennis court was excellent. Breakfast had a very good choice of hot and cold food. Highly recommend this hotel for a visit to Chora."

"The Maistrali is located across from the beach, near several restaurants and a convenience store. The rooms are large, with a nice outside balcony, overlooking the sea. The staff insisted on serving us a breakfast before they opene for service as we had to leave early. It was a quiet place, not too far from the main town on the island. "

"Just a 5 day stopover. Nicoli and clairi (apologies if spelt wrong) could not have been more welcoming. Breakfast was wonderful every day. Just a 10 min stroll to town and ferry port. Lovely beach 20min stroll or 3 min bus ride away with tavernas. The one slight negative is the walking after dark around the hotel. There are no street lights and little in the way of pavement... So be careful.! "

"The hotel was great. Very close to the beach and restaurants nearby. Hotel officered lots of different activities that could be book at the front desk which was super helpful. Lots of people talk about that hill and how you have to walk to your rooms, yes it can be a walk but you get use to it and itā€™s not as bad as some make it seem. Hotel staff was amazing. Reminder for people that if you are nice, calm and respectful to the staff they will give you the same in return. The view was amazing...

"Was picked up at the port without problem (after getting in contact via whatsapp), then was driven to the villas, where we quickly realised that we would need a car to get anywhere. luckily Theo organised us a car hire and it was dropped off right to us at the villa! You definitely definitely definitely need a car, it is a long long hilly walk to the closest town (Ornos) . we then spent the next few days enjoying the island and dropped off the car at the airprot! was perfect . "Excellent hotel in a fantastic position with good simple facilities which are very well kept. Pool is small but the sandy beach is just 150 metres away. You need a car. The main town is 15 minutes on good roads and the island is well worth exploring. Numerous good, very good or excellent restaurants around the island. Not for you if you want flashy decor and nightlife! We'll be going back!"
