"The breakfast was good. The hotel is located to the south of Bilbao, but it's relatively easy to walk to the train station and ride into the city. It's located in a small suburb, so dining options in the town are limited. The hotel is clean and quiet, and the staff were very helpful and spoke very good English."

"Brilliant hotel and the reception staff are amazing especially for practicing my Spanish. The cleaners do an amazing job and the rooms are unreal. I did ask for a special request that wasn't granted but I think we got a free room upgrade which was an amazing room and a free bottle of wine with our VIP status. The restaurant wasn't great and I don't think I'll be back to the restaurant, but I will definitely stay in the hotel itself again if ever the opportunity arose for the right price."

"On arrival at 13.00 we were told that we could not have our room key until 14.30. Fair enough although most hotels that we have stayed in have been flexible on this point. Asked if they had a room for luggage while we went for lunch. No but we could leave it in the lounge. We left it and decided to go out for lunch. when we returned at 14.30 we were given the key to our room which was on the second floor despite requesting a lower floor room.
