"From the front desk to the restaurant to the location, all things were exceptional. 7 min walk to the Guggenheim museum and 8 min walk to old town, Can’t beat this amazing hotel. And the front desk staff were super knowledgeable and friendly. Def coming back next time in Bilboa. "

"Rooms spacious, all services housekeeping reception and breakfast great. Nice hotel and base to explore Bilbao. A 15min walk into town and back up the hill again to hotel though bus stops outside the hotel, if walking isn’t viable for you. "

"This was a very good value stay. Comfortable bed with modern decor and very clean all over with a cosy double room. Would highly recommend if you are looking to be in Bilbao or prior to ferry crossings. "

"Es una pensión funcional en el segundo piso con ascensor. Habitación con baño cómodo. El único pero... La ventana al abrirla para ventilar, casi se cae hacia adentro, la bisagra no tiene tornillos, puede generar un accidente."

Very good

"Bit of trouble accessing properly at first, as no access code came through!however it was sorted within 10min!by lovely memeb of staff!who worked in bar across road!!otherwise room/cleaning/was all good!Great shower!kitchen down below also good to have and washing machine and drying!only thing i have against is itz a 15 min away from central!so if you're looking to be bilbao itself??on a gd day!lovely walk along river!about 30min?i enjoyed walking along river!though a lot of changes going on!very pleased with stay."
