"The ocean view from our room in building 5, on the third floor was amazing! We liked being near the beach and the pool. The pool was clean and well kept. Our suite was clean and comfortable. One of the showers had an issue with the handle that controls the temperature. There was also not usable cutting board. Other than those two complaints, everything met or exceeded our needs. Check in was a little confusing. Check in is not on the same property as the suites. Also, when we lost a room key is...

"Loved the quaintness, quiet and beautiful nature of the waterfront. It is one of the most comfortable places, felt very safe. The wildlife in the bay was special, saw a Manatee, stingray, nurse shark, many beautiful fish, and pelicans, storks, it was just wonderful!"

"The photos are very deceiving. The standard room is tiny. We complained and had to pay for an upgrade, even though the description of the room was that the room had separate dining and sitting areas. It had neither. They don't have any ice machines, so bring your own. The laundry is free, you just have to buy detergent. Beautiful landscaping. We also thought it was way overpriced."

"We booked here because of the full kitchen plus living areas; the kitchen was pretty sparse regarding cookware/appliances, but the front desk bent over backwards to get us the missing items we requested. One of the selling points was access to their resort property, just up the street. However, that property was almost deserted due to a lot of construction work. The resort pool was closed (the Bayside Villas pool was open). Overall this was a pleasant stay for us."

"Its a great choice for small families looking to relax. Heated pool and hot tub. on property beach access (gulf side). Kayaks and bikes to use. inside the dwelling, master bedroom w/ full bath, another bedroom w/ two twin beds, another full bath, full kitchen + kitchenette, and living room. Really pleased. "

"Overall 4.5 stars. The house/villa itself needs a bit of checking up on like under the back deck and head the beat in a carpet nail on the stairs. Also the master suite backs into the edge of the property and you can hear the traffic outside very clearly all day+night, it was not the best for sleeping once people really hit the road in the early morning. The rest was great. Large beds and TVs, full kitchen and grill, patio seating was nice. But really it was about the outside time. Hardly anyone...
