I had an issue during book and was charged twice by Hotels.com, and they were as helpful as they could be and really helped sort out the situation. The suite was wonderful and perfect for our family. "Went to make coffee first morning coffee pot was busted, no bottom. No tea towel to dry dishes, no hand towel in bathroom and no pool towels, used our bath towels for the pool. We weren’t told that there is a charge to clean our room at the end of our stay, was a complete surprise. Expedia you need to let your clients know of the charge."
