"The staff was very helpful and professional. The night of our check in that also happened to be Halloween nite. They hade some sort of party going in the lobby and the parking lot was beyond full. The gentleman working that nite without hesitation told me to park my truck up front. I told him I would come move it after the party was over and he insisted that I was fine and didn’t have to do that. I believe it may have been Mike or Mark but I let the morning staff know to thank him for us "

We initially had some problems with the app that the customer Person resolved, and we were able to get in touch with our host, who was great. I highly recommend this to those who value fresh air, located right on Lake Superior "
