"Really pleasant hotel in the traditional style. Ample free parking, including some covered spaces. Excellent varied buffet breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff. Nice cosy bar and various other. Some rooms are in an annex which is a short walk, but it's nice and quiet and the annex building is also very charming. Rooms sizes very good, ours -one of the smaller rooms- did not feel at all cramped and had a double aspect balcony. Nice grounds and you can easily access the old railway walking trail...

However, the bed was uncomfortable, the Wi-Fi was unreliable, and the noise from the street made it difficult to sleep at times. The aesthetic was very dated and dark. The breakfast was very basic. Overall, it was a decent stay, but I would expect more for the price. "
