"Only required the room for sleeping purposes as was out during the day and evenings. Ticked all the boxes in that requirement but several issues with the room that could have been improved. Stayed in same room for a second time and the issues hadn't been resolved from previous stay. Bathroom light was only partially working, bedside main light wasn't working. Had to stand next to telly to change channels. Bath had rust all around the rim. Toilet didn't flush too well. Most of this I'm sure is...

"Stayed 1night for a business trip, have stayed several times so knew what to expect..opted for a deluxe room but didnt see any difference from a standard room..the room was very small but perfectly formed, had an excellent nights sleep. Lady on reception at check in was lovely despite being very busy, and helped me out with no fuss when i locked myself out of my room. Will stay again next time im in Newbury. "
