"This was a surprise stay! Certainly a little older lodging, but very charming and located superbly— 5 minute walk from the train station and a 10-15 minute walk to the historic downtown of Bologna. I was greeted by the friendliest hotel staffer I’ve ever met. Franco was a delight! He was helpful, hospitable, lovely disposition, and very generous with his time and attention. The hotel has all the reasons one would want to return, but Franco certainly seals the deal! "

"My room was a single room. Twin-sized bed. The room is small but perfect for sleeping. The few items the hotel may consider is pillows with some pillow. The 2 pillows I had were so flat that I couldn’t make 1 normal pillow. I found a few hairs. The shower was so tiny but please keep in mind this is normal and the hotel can’t really modify it. The hotel does have a nice continental style breakfast which is tasty. They are friendly."

"The hotel is a ways out from the historic center, but the bus stops right in front of the hotel. Coming back, the bus doesn't return from the same location. The tourist office will tell you where. The staff was very kind and helpful. There is private parking behind the hotel. Would stay there again."
