"As late as 8:30pm the apartment we booked had not been cleaned from the previous guests. Unmade bed, dirty towels, etc. We contacted the lady who had checked us in, only to be told that it wasn’t her responsibility to have the apartment cleaned but that she would try to find someone to do that. "What a great spot! It was great to have lots of space for our family ( parents teens 15 and 18). It was under 20 minutes to walk to the Piazza Maggiorre, but nicely quiet at our end of San Felice. Be aware that the nearest parking is not open on weekends, but there are many options. Francesca was lovely and helpful. "

"Great apartment but the building is undergoing some massive renovation and there was a lot of noise during the day and construction scaffolds everywhere. Both balconies in the apartment had scaffolding out front so we couldn’t use them and had to keep the windows closed. The area isn’t great, typical university type vibe. Didn’t feel unsafe at all, but lots of graffiti. If we go back I’d probably choose a place closer to piazza maggiorie. "
