"It was in a very very coinvent area and extremely close to aonang beach, only a 2 min walk to the strip. The staff was really nice and the rooms were nice and clean. They come everyday to clean the room."

"Excellent staff who were so nice and helpful. Hotel is in a great area - walkable to the beach and loads of good restaurants very close. We were upgraded to a larger suite (as a family of 4) that was at the front of the hotel. It wasn't quiet by any stretch, but that's not the hotel's fault. You can thank the kitted-up scooters that race up the main stretch at 4am! The plus point for being at the front was the excellent balcony with room-allocated tables and chairs. "The hotel was in much worse condition than the pictures make it out to be. The rooms had multiple things broken, including the refridgerator which had a puddle of water inside and the bathroom sink which literally fell apart multiple times even when they said they'd fix it. The rooms were also very dirty, there was a thick layer of dust/lint on top if the tile, stained towels, old soaps left in the shower, and mold/mildew in all the tiles. "The poolside rooms are awesome. Just open the patio door and get in the pool. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Great location. Only thing that was needed was more pool loungers"

"The Lalisa is a nice friendly hotel that is very comfortable. The room was big and clean with a nice balcony and view over Ao Nang. The hotel is also very good value for money. Tip - try and get a room on floor 2 as there is no lift! They also offer car parking which is a great benefit."
