"Okay so this was the 2nd IBIS we’ve stayed at in Mulhouse during our travels and by far the one needing some care and upgrades. I’m not expecting excellence with this hotel chain and to be fair the bed was comfortable and the water hot so basic needs met. It wasn’t the cleanest and the toilet seat was chipped. "Gutes Hotel mit schöner Außenanlage und Lobby, ca. 15 Minuten entfernt von Colmar. Kleines aber sauberes und modernes Zimmer mit WiFi. Frühstück kostet 15 Euro und war qualitativ ok, aber irgendwie dysfunktional. Das Personal war völlig überfordert, Besteck, Teller und Speisen (z.B. Rührei) wurden nicht nachgefüllt. "

Very poor bathroom, very basic breakfast, weak coffee. Evening staff fine, morning miserable. Think walls and noisy doors. Just absolute rubbish. Will not be returning!"
