"Reasonably close to the CBD of Exeter and the Quay area. Sufficient car parking on property. Very good choices for breakfast in light filled room. TV with normal range of BBC and commercial channels worked well. Being on the top floor made it difficult with our bags. Close to shopping including laundromat."

When we arrived, we were told that they did not have a reservation for us and when we showed the email confirmation, we were told that they did not work with Hotels.com and that they did not have the rooms available. We were able to resolve the situation eventually, but not a pleasant nor welcoming experience!"

"Very good, very welcoming, property very clean. Very old property but lovely, alot of original features. Lovely big garden for afternoon tea but unfortunately didn't get to use it. Really enjoyed our stay. Also had our dog with us and was made very welcome."
