"This is somewhere that is actually better in reality than in the pictures. The decor and level on maintenance is first class. The owner has clearly shown as much care on the apartment as she would on her own living space. Many fine, well thought out details reflect that care. One small glitch was rapidly and appropriately resolved by the owner.As my family lives within 5 minutes of the cottage, my wife and I look forward to many returns in the future. Highly recommended. "I travelled to Taunton by train to watch cricket and do some walking. The property is conveniently positioned for both, comfortable, clean and well fitted out. The town centre is just a short walk away. However confirmation of the lock box code for access was not provided 24 hours prior as promised and I had to chase, which was a bit stressful. On my return I was advised the security deposit will not be returned due to a burn mark from the iron on the carpet. I was staying on my own to watch...

"The one bed room apartment i stayed in is very clean and tidy. The bed is very confortable; i had good night sleep in here. On the down side, i had to chase the email for checkin procedures. The phone number provided in the email confirmation is wrong. I tried to call , it goes to “the number you have called doesn’t exist “ I contacted expedia (booking agent) and they provided me with a email address of the property management. "The location is excellent for access to the city center. Parking is limited. The fold away bed was not comfortable and we had to purchase a foam pad to make it sleepable. The bedroom closet door was in need of repair. We would recommend to friends."

"Great location in the heart of downtown Exeter with the Cathedral right outside the front door. Restaurants, shops and Exeter Central train station all within an easy walk. Pictures are true to the flat and it is very well equipped."
