"Had a few problems getting there as we got of the tram at the wrong Holiday Inn Express so had a two mile walk, gratefully downhill. When we got there realised the real tram stop was only 100m away...very conveniant for the rest of the trip. Nice room, very nice staff, and a good restaurant with an all inclusive breakfast which was very comprehensive to others we have experienced. A nice four day stay. "

"The check in and check out procedure is very smooth. The room is clean and adequate for 3 people’s use. No lifts are provided however, disabled users and elderly might not be suitable in here. "

There is a lounge/waiting area if you are early for check-in. Breakfast is served in a lovely dining area and we did try out the evening meal as well.
