"The rooms are really small. Smaller than you could imagine. This was the branding for the hotel though hence the 5 stars because everything else is great! Service was good, location was amazing, and I got some free coffee from the staff. Very nice."

"The hotel was a lovely place to stay. There were some issues with cleanliness in our room, hair in the bathroom, old food packaging under the bed. All issues that are easily resolved. We would stay at the hotel again. The staff were lovely and would do anything to assist you. There is a train station not far that takes you straight into the City centre and takes around 7 minutes. "Such a lovely stay in this beautiful guest hotel! It had such a lovely home feeling. Very budget friendly and walkable distance to the city. If I were to make any suggestion I would say it would have been helpful to have a mini refrigerator with a microwave for meals. "

"Bathroom: allthrough Clean, looks very designer spec. It is not realy pratical. Hooks are round horizontal pegs that allow whatever you try to hange on them to end up on the floor. A bent nail would have been more pratical.Sihk does not have a plug , it is designed that way , so tap must be left running and thats no good for the environment. Shower tended to leave a large puddle on the floor as it only has a half screen.Didnt like paper cups for the tea or coffee,. Again what a waste over a...
