"The stay was very Good overall except for the Breakfast Cook was very non obliging arrogant and Not Responsive. We just wanted an alternate egg style. The Sri Lankan chef on the other hand was very Good. Please improve the Breakfast and get rid of that lazy chef and we will refer you more business "

"Upon arrival, I was greeted by the front desk. I delivered my passport and they asked me to take a seat. Another attendant brought out a welcome drink of passion fruit juice, which was delicious. I was given my room key and took then elevator to my room. The room was very clean and organized. The showers matched the room Cleanliness. There are plenty of walkable food options in the area as well. Since I was leaving early the next day, they arrange for a to- go breakfast for me. They also arranged a taxi once I came down to check out. I had an overall great experience. "

"So on arrival we were forced to stay next door to this hotel as its owned by the same owner. On approach to the room: - pile of hair with a cotton bud in it The room HAD NOT BEEN CLEANED: - Human hair all over floor - dirt & dust in glasses (manager started using a dirty tissue to wipe it with - as im sure that would help) - stains all over sheets & pillows. (Apparently its how they dry them on rusty apparatus) - human hair on sheets - bathroom was dirty - soap dispenser empty - shower gel dispenser empty - black rust came out of both dispensers when pressed - asked for clean ben linen - has to wait for a manager to approve - told didnt need it - manager approved it That was room 1 The door to the toilet locked so we had to change rooms Room 2 Human hair all over floor - dirt & dust in glasses (manager started using a dirty tissue to wipe it with - as im sure that would help) - stains all over sheets & pillows. "We didnt really enjoy staying at this hotel at all. We felt like an inconvenience to the staff. There was no ambience at all - you feel like you are walking into an abandoned room. Simple changes would really lift this hotel - - staff that smile, laugh & are happy. - Our room needed a deep clean - there was mould growing on the bathroom glass. - Some minor repairs & maintenance to doors. - at least add some flowers to the tables or placemats & play some soft music so people feel welcome Its not a bad hotel - it just needs some love. "
